Come check out our newest mead, just in time for fall. Our Chai bulamel mead is bubbly, semi-sweet, and presents a warming blend of black tea, cardamon, cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla. It was made with a midwest clover blossom honey with amazingly rich cinnamon notes of its own. On our table today at the Arlington Farmers Market.

I've got good news for you @winchesterfmkt and @ab.farmersmarket. Motown Philly is back again!

Fresh off the bottling line tonight, our decadent and delicious blueberry and vanilla mead will once again be making appearances at the farmers markets.

Come see us in Winchester on Saturday and Acton-Boxborough on Sunday to pick up some treats for your Labor Day guests. They'll be talking about it for the rest of the year.

This dark honey mead, with Knotweed / Buckwheat / Avocado blossom honeys, is going down for a long rest in an @elijahcraig bourbon barrel. I'm really looking forward to seeing how this develops, and then sharing it with all of you! Right now the mollasses, brown sugar, and vanilla notes are amazing!

Move Aside with Hops: a grape, mango and tropical hops mead.

Citrus Symbee: a lemon, lime, and orange zest version of our Symbee meads.

Had some special visitors at the Arlington Farmers Market yesterday. My nephews braved the heat to lend their small hands and help out at the booth. Thanks also to the Arlington residents that lost a few pints of sweat on a very hot day to support the local farmers, artisans, and crafters at the market.

Remote Radius VT. Marquette grapes, aronia berries, blackberries, and a special honey. This mead has been a year in the making. The goal has been using fruit along with honey from nectars that bees collected from the same fruit. Was finally able to pull these pieces together with help from farmers and beekeepers in Shelburn Vermont where my family vacations every year. This is a berry special mead project to me and I can't wait to share it with people.

While the honey in each of these meads shines on its own (Solo), they each stand together as beautiful representations of how unique and interesting different honeys can be in a mead when given a chance to take the stage on their own.

OB Solo is made with a wonderfully floral Orange Blossom honey, and Wildflower Solo is made with a local Massachusetts Wildflower honey that provides excellent and familiar honey character without overpowering you with sweetness. Who knew Massachusetts tasted so fruity!?
