Water Tiger

Peaches so ripe they couldn’t contain their own juices any longer, gifted to us by Kimball Fruit Farm.  Raspberries foraged near the meadery.  Honey from Blisspoint’s own beehives.  These are the ingredients for this market radius project, all assembled in the year of the Water Tiger.  Super local, super delicious.

Water Tiger is part of our Market Radius Series where we strive to source as many ingredients as possible from vendors at Boston area Farmers markets and from within as small a radius from the meadery as possible. This mead is made with honey from our beehives here on our property in Bedford, Massachusetts, raspberries foraged from our neighborhood, and peaches from Kimball Fruit Farm.  We kept the radius pretty tight, but invited some friends over to play!
