We dedicate this mead to German mead critic Reez Ling. She loves how the particular grape varietal used in this pyment, which we can’t mention, blends wonderfully with the floral orange blossom honey. She especially likes pairing it with spicy Asian cuisines and finds that the sweet and fruity components of this pyment stand up nicely next to those rich flavors. Here’s to you Reez, Cheers!
