Pomme de Ferme

Many of the descriptions you hear for buckwheat honey are not very appealing: barnyard, horse blanket, mousey. Our goal was to use this honey to create an earthy, fun, appealing mead, and we found that apples help to frame these complex characteristics in a delightfully earthy way. So here you have it, Apple of the Farm, with deep layers of earthy complexity and bright apple highlights.
