Happy Beans

If you’re a coffee lover, the aromas alone are enough to make you happy, but the taste will wash over you with a wave of sheer giddiness. We used an Ardi variety of coffee bean, lightly roasted, from the Sidoma region of Ethiopia. Brought to us by Happy Beans Roasters, a local coffee company. It’s only fitting that we’ve paired a coffee bean named after the oldest homonin skeleton ever found (Ardipithecus Ramidus) with the oldest alcoholic beverage known to humans.
