Edna

The first time we tasted these crabapples while out walking we knew they were special. These mouth puckering gems were artfully paired with a dark rich knotweed honey, and then aged for one month in a bourbon barrel. Edna has exceeded our expectations, and we think Mrs. Krabappel would give her an A+.

Edna is part of our Radius Series where we strive to source as many ingredients as possible within as small a radius from the meadery as possible. This mead is made with locally foraged crabapples.
