We took Dark Recesses, our decadent dessert mead, and added a layer of complex heat to prevent you from drinking the whole bottle in one sitting.

A pairing of Aji Amarillo and Wiri Wiri chili peppers was carefully selected to provide the onset, fullness, and intensity of heat we were looking for in order to compliment the sweet jammy backbone of this mead.
