      This is our Move Aside bulamel with a dry hop addition of El Dorado hops. Its still a tropical delight, but the nuanced tropical bitterness of the hops helps to push some of the sweetness into the background to let some of the other flavor characteristics of the mango through. A refreshing palate tickler that makes you smile and return for sip after sip. While the white grape was the fruit base for this mead, in the end its job was to Move Aside and let the Mango Through.
